Terms of use
Updated on 22/10/2026
These terms govern the use of the ouvir.net portal. By using the portal or creating an account, you agree to them.
1. What ouvir.net is
ouvir.net is a catalog to discover and listen to live radio stations and podcasts. The audio comes directly from each station's stream or each podcast's feed: ouvir.net does not record, store or rebroadcast the programming, and it is not the official website of the listed stations.
2. Accounts
- You can listen without an account. Accounts are used to save favorites and, for stations, to manage the station.
- You can create an account with email and password or sign in with Google or Facebook. Keep your access details safe; you are responsible for the use of your account.
- Account information must be truthful. Fake accounts, accounts of others without permission or accounts used for abuse may be blocked.
3. Stations
- Whoever registers a station or requests ownership of a profile declares that they are responsible for it or authorized to represent it.
- The station is responsible for the content it broadcasts and the information it publishes (texts, logo, schedule, contacts), and for holding the necessary rights to them, including public performance rights for music.
- ouvir.net reviews registrations and may refuse, correct, suspend or remove stations with false data, offline streams, illegal content or that violate these terms.
- Station data also comes from public catalogs. Stations can correct it or request removal on the Corrections and removals page.
4. Paid plans
- Plans for stations and what each includes are on the Plans page.
- A plan is only activated after payment is confirmed. Without payment, paid features may be suspended; the station's basic data remains in the catalog.
- Cancellations, refunds and deadlines follow the conditions stated at purchase and Brazilian consumer law.
5. What is not allowed
- Using the portal for illegal activities or publishing offensive or discriminatory content, or content that violates the rights of others.
- Registering other people's stations without permission or impersonating another station.
- Attempting to break into, overload or mass-copy the portal (bots, scraping) without permission.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep the portal online, but each station depends on its own stream. ouvir.net does not guarantee that a specific station is always available and may change or discontinue features, giving notice when possible.
7. Intellectual property
The ouvir.net brand, logo and code belong to ouvir.net. Each station's name, logo and content belong to the respective station and are shown to identify it.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page. Questions: adm@ouvir.net.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction over any disputes.
